Voice recordings

Audio is transcribed and then discarded immediately. Nothing you record is stored as an audio file, in your browser or on our servers.

Shift logs and reflections

Kept for as long as your account is open, so they stay available across your whole programme. Delete any entry individually at any time from your history.

Account deletion

Deleting your account from Settings permanently removes your profile, placements, shift logs, reflections and consent records. This cannot be undone — export a PDF portfolio first if you want to keep your work.

Backups

Encrypted database backups may retain deleted content for up to 30 days before being overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
